Elizabeth Cooper Seay has practiced clinical hypnotherapy and NLP since 2008, she had the great honour of studying with one of hypnotherapy’s founding fathers, Gil Boyne.  Cooper is a registered 500 hour yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance and member of the International Yoga Association of Yoga Therapists. She received her Structural Yoga Therapy certification from Mukunda Stiles. Cooper’s path and passion is helping people rediscover their essential Self and become free of limiting thoughts, beliefs and patterns.

“Everyday life is a laboratory, it is where we begin to observe our patterning. It is an amazing journey to become aware enough to observe, and then free enough to create more options for our behavior.”~ E Cooper Rajeshwari Seay“

…Each of us is here to discover our true Self, to find out on our own that our true Self is spiritual, that essentially we are spiritual beings that have taken manifestation in physical form. We’re not human beings that have occasional spiritual experiences – it’s the other way around: we’re spiritual beings that have occasional human experiences.”~ Deepak Chopra

What people have to say about the work:

It is so very hard to put into words what Cooper means to me. But I’ll certainly try.

While going through a painful divorce after 28 years of marriage, I “stumbled” across Cooper at a yoga class. When she mentioned “hypnotherapy”, I’ll admit, I was a bit trepidatious. “Is she going to brainwash me”? But, I was so sick of traditional therapists and never getting anywhere with them, that I thought, “what do I have to lose”? I was already at rock bottom, emotionally.

After the very first session with Cooper, I KNEW that I had found the right guide for my healing journey. Through her gentle, yet firm, guidance and creative “homework” strategies geared toward my passions, together we were able to understand the decisions I’d made, and the childhood trauma that led me to where I had landed. After that, I was able to actually begin to HEAL, properly this time. Together, we were able to start building the life that I want for myself in this next chapter of my journey. In just over a year, with Cooper’s invaluable help, I went from being a paralyzed wreck, wracked with unbearable grief, to someone who is looking forward to the future, and all the beautiful things this life has to offer.

Cooper is so much more more than I could ever ask for in any therapist. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for me!

P.S. – there was no brainwashing involved! 🤣

There isn’t a day that goes by without me noticing the profound impact of the healing work I’ve done with Cooper. I feel deep gratitude for my healthier existence, in body, mind and spirit. She’s helped me clear the most pervasive core beliefs and blocks to happiness that I have had with me since early childhood. When we began working together, I’d recently moved from Maine to Georgia, leaving behind my home, my counseling practice, friends, adult children and grandchildren. Feeling that I’d lost all sense of purpose in my life, I sank into deep depression. I had absolutely no confidence in hypnotherapy and, having experienced some trauma around yoga, I certainly had no interest in yoga therapy, but I’d been referred to Cooper by someone whom I trust who was concerned about my safety. I didn’t believe that anything she had to offer could help, but have since found that her guidance, the hypnosis sessions and recordings have brought me out of the deep depression and into a feeling of loving my life once more. When, during the second year of our relationship, I developed some physical problems, I chose to do yoga therapy with Cooper rather than surgery or traditional physical therapy and I found her clinical skills to be as brilliant as her therapeutic skills. I am now pain-free, anxiety-free, and have a sense of well-being that I wouldn’t have believed possible.
